Dear CURS Friends,

you are cordially invited to the recital of one of the most distinguished cellist in the Soviet history,

Anatole Liebermann

- founder of 1975 Tchaikovsky Piano Trio
- Artistic director of the International Academy of Music in Portogruaro, Italy
- jury member of various international chamber music competitions
- a dedicatee of a number of compositions created by the most famous contemporary composers (including Rodion Schedrin’s Piano Terzetto and Elena Firsova’s Cello Concerto in memory of Mstislav Rostropovich)

Anatole performs on a Giovanni Grancini cello of 1712.

Accompanied by Alissa Firsova,
who appeared as a soloist in major halls and festivals throughout the UK and worldwide and recently gave both her Wigmore Hall and Proms debuts (2009, 2010).
Prize-winner on numerous competitions;
