Gusli concert, 2 December
CU Russian Society (CURS) and Cambridge Russian Speaking Society (CamRuSS) are most privileged that an amazing, young but already internationally renowned and totally unique Gusli virtuoso Olga Shishkina from St.Petersburg will pay a flippant visit to Cambridge and has agreed to give us a concert:
- WHEN: Saturday, 2nd December, 6.00pm for 6:30pm

From classical masterpieces to traditional Russian folk songs – from Bach to Kalinka. Gusli, an ancient Russian string instrument, in Olga Shishkina’s hands, sounds magical, mysterious, overwhelming… This is not an opportunity to be missed! No preliminary booking is taken – just turn on the door and get engrossed in the world of great music.
