Russian refugees (help/advise needed)

Dear people,

I live in Russia and try to find any available info about my great-grandfather, who emigrated to Europe after the October 1917.
Would you be so kind to advise me which direction/sources should I try my attempts, please. Probably you know of organizations which specialize on the issue.
Here is some from our family story.

Surname, Name, Patronymic: Parshinsky Leonid Erminingeldovich
Year of a birth: 1890 (roughly)
The birthplace: Arkhangelsk
Search geography: Yugoslavia, Europe, maybe Americas...

After Russian October revolution (1917) my great-grandfather Parshinsky Leonid Erminingeldovich (Parshinsky, Parshensky, Parshinski, Parshenski, Parshinskiy, Parshenskiy...) with his brother Michael have emigrated by last steamship from Arkhangelsk (approximately 1919-1920), going to Yugoslavia. The further traces are lost, as the great-grandmother Parshinskaya (Simanovskaya) Alexandra Mikhailovna, constantly pressed in GPU/KGB bodies and have compelled to write refusal of relationship with the husband.
In marriage 7 children have been born, 3 have died in the early childhood. Other family lived in Arkhangelsk the wife and children (Tamara, Victor, Marina) and St.Petersburg (Valentine).
Search was carried out in archives Arhangel’sk oblasti and Kareliya, there was an inquiry to KGB/FSB. I’ve tried to search through Internet resources too. The result is not present yet.
It is clear that neither Leonid, nor Michael already is not present in live, but I suppose that someone from them had a new family and children.
If no, I dream to find out of his destiny - where lived, has finished a life, it is buried...

После революции мой прадед Паршинский Леонид Эрминингельдович(Parshinsky,Parshensky,Parshinski,Parshenski,Parshinskiy,Parshenskiy...) с братом Михаилом эмигрировали на последнем пароходе из Архангельска (примерно 1919-1920), направлявшимся в Югославию. Дальнейшие следы теряются,поскольку прабабушку Паршинскую (Симановскую) Александру Михайловну, постоянно вызывали в органы и вынудили написать отказ от родства с мужем.
В браке было рождено 7 детей, 3 умерли в раннем детстве. Остальная семья жила в Архангельске жена и дети (Тамара, Виктор, Марина) и Питере (Валентин).
Поиск осуществлялся в архивах Арх.области и Карелии, был запрос в органы. Пытался искать через Интернет-ресурсы. Результата нет.
Понятно, что ни Леонида, ни Михаила уже нет в живых, но вполне допускаю, что у кого-то из них была новая семья и дети.
Если и нет, мечтаю узнать о его судьбе - где жил, закончил жизнь, похоронен...
